I personally reached out to Greg about our wedding night in a panic trying to find a confident caterer that could handle what we needed. That guys barbecue provided everything I could have asked for. Greg and his team dealt with their truck breaking down and still packed everything in their own vehicle to ensure that everyone at our party was not only fed, but raved about how delicious the food was. I was promised an unforgettable experience by "a guy that just likes to cook food" and there was no chance of disappointment. I couldn't be more thankful!

Thank you for the excellent brisket and various BBQ sauces! The beef jerky was also amazing - It lasted all of 10 minutes! The brisket was tender, flavorful, moist, and the seasoning was excellent! And equally important is that you are fairly priced! I will be using you again in the future and I highly recommend your BBQ to all that read this review!
